My customer ordered a clothing item and it doesn’t fit. Can I exchange it?
Unfortunately no. We do not offer exchanges for the wrong size. All of our items are made uniquely for you and a size that does not fit cannot be resold. We offer size charts on every product page. Please make sure to check measurements before ordering, and emphasize that your customers must do the same. If you decide you would like to offer your customers exchanges, you will need to purchase the new size from Art of Where.
