What are the main problems that I might expect to have with customers?

While we do have many quality checks during production and systems in place to minimize mistakes, we are a growing company with many staff and errors can happen. Also, we work with several postal systems and shipping companies which have their own ups and downs. We also need to take into account that sometimes the end user may expect something different than we offer. Trickier customer service issues include if you customer receives a defective product, is not happy with the product or was expecting something else, or if there are shipment problems.
