What image file format is required? How do I get a solid colour background? Can I add a logo? What is the accepted DPI? Is there a file size limit? What is the text safe area for? What is the lined border area for? Why do I only design 1 size? How do I make the DPI of my image higher? What’s the purpose of the 3D mock up? Do you offer psd. templates or other downloadable templates?

3D previews

If you would like to adjust the quality of the 3D preview or download a preview image, you can do so by clicking on the gear icon in the preview area.

You can rotate the 3D preview by holding down the left mouse button and moving the mouse. You can also select a particular view from the buttons at the bottom of the preview.
