My payment was declined. What do I do?

If your payment was declined, the first thing to do is check that all the information was correctly entered. We verify the CVV number on the back of the card as well as the card name, number, billing address, and expiry date. If the card is declined multiple times, the next step would be to check with your bank and verify that the card is not over limit or on hold. If this is not the case, give us a call. While we cannot manually process the order, we can see if the payment is reaching our processor or not. It is rare that the payment gateway on Art of Where is not working. If all the credit card information was entered correctly, and the payment was declined, it is likely the bank.
