Does Art of Where charge taxes on orders? Who is responsible for customs fees or duties charged on international orders (including the US)? I see a charge on my credit card from Art of Where that I don’t recognise. What do I do? What type of payment methods do you accept? My payment was declined. What do I do? Can I place an order over the phone?

We cannot accept orders over the phone for multiple reasons. Since we need print files matched with all orders, we cannot easily start processing an order over the phone. The payment system is online and we cannot enter an invoice manually for you. Our phone line is not a secure line, therefore accepting credit card information by phone is not an option. If you are ordering a custom item or paying for an order outside of the services on the website, we will email you an invoice which can be paid by your choice of Paypal or credit card.
